DESCRIPTION:The Center stops in Waynesville on August 16; Franklin on August 17; and Marion on August 18. Registration for those visits is now open. Times and locations are below and addresses are provided on the registration form. \nRural Center staff at each location will share a regionalized version of our statewide publication “Forces Driving Change in Rural North Carolina\,” an examination of eight major forces driving change in modern rural communities.
