3-day a week ambulatory medicine only with no OB. Minimal call responsibilities. Established patient panel including Adults and Pediatrics. Hard-working, loyal, and exceptional clinical and administrative support staff. Allscripts EHR. Level 3 PCMH, Tier-3 practice with MHP (Mission Health Partners) and Aledade ACOs.
