A Message from our Executive Director

Dear WCMS Providers and Customers:

We hope this message finds you well.

In anticipation of the upcoming holiday season, please note that the Western Carolina Medical Society (WCMS) will be closed from December 23 – December 27. During this period, our answering service will be available to take care of calls for WIN only to ensure your requests are handled promptly. WCMS will resume normal operations on December 30 and again be closed on December 31 and January 1, reopening on January 2. Please share this message with your staff. Our goal is to avoid confusion and frustration. We value your partnership.

We operate with a small staff and hope to use this time to refresh and renew. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a wonderful holiday season!
